On July 6, 2018, a vigil was held in 25 cities of Colombia and the world as a form of protest for the murder of social leaders in Colombia, which from January of that year until the date of the protest amounted to 125 people killed.<br />
The murders have not stopped. Until February 2019  the number of leaders killed, according to the information revealed by  ombudsman Carlos Negret,  reaches 162 men and women across the country.
